Payment and delivery 

 

1. When will the payment be taken?

   - payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order. You will recive a notification, when your order will be prepared and dispatched.

 

 2. How can I pay? 

   - we offer two payment methods: pay with PayPal or with your credit/debit card

 

3. How long does delivery  take?

   - Flemy offers a standard shipping to Europe, usually it takes up to 5 days. Find more information about our shipping policy.

 

4. How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
   - Once your parcel has been collected and scanned  you will receive an email notification. 

 

5. Sold-out product – when will it be in stock again?

    - we update our website daily, we highly recommend you to subscribe for an  email notifications, once the product will be in stock you'll recive an email. 

6. I want to send order to parcel shop. How can I choose a branch?

    - unfortunately yet we don't have a map of branches. We will  send your order to the closest parcel shop to mentioned address. However if you know an address of your parcel shop, you can mention it in shipping details or to notes.

7. What material are you using for jewelry?

    - all our products are made of stainless steal and plated with 18K or 24K gold or silver. The material is high quality and will last for many seasons.

8. Can I wash with my jewelry?

   - Yes! Our jewelry is made of stainless steel, the material is water resistant and anti tarnish. More about stainless steel jewelry you can find in our blog.

9. I don't know my ring size, how to find it?

   - We are using US ring sizes, to find your size you can check our sizing guide.

Return policy

10. I chose wrong ring size, is it possible to change it?

  -Yes! contact us via email flemy.jewelry@gmail.com. You will only have to cover shipping expenses,  and we will exchange your ring to new size.
