Although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.

Billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Price and payment

Price includes VAT but exclude delivery cost, which will be automatically added to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket, and have selected your chosen different delivery method.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect which have already sent you a confirmation.
The payment method options are: a) electronic funds transferring using the Pay U payment system; b)PayPal system
Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payments by most major credit and debit cards.

Shipping and delivery

When you placed your order, to your email you will receive a unique tracking number along with your invoice.
Processing time is 3 to 5 business days for in stock items, and 7 to 10 business days regardless preorder products.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from shipping company along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by shipping company.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit you are responsible to file claim with shipping company.    We are not responsible for lost packages during transit.
We are not responsible for transit related damages or delays, when package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.

Affiliate program

Client registered in our affiliate program, later called only ambassador, does not have any responsibilities to Flemy Jewelry. That means that all promotion activities are voluntary.
Commissions to ambassador will be paid always next month, till 15th day that month.
Ambassador will not be paid if he/she violated our terms and conditions. Ambassador will not be rewarded if he/she used referral code or link for private order.

Return policy

We are doing an exchange of jewelry in case you chose the wrong size.
We are able to exchange your jewelry during 5 working days from the time what you have received the order.
if you chose the wrong size contact us via email flemy.jewelry@gmail.com. You will only have to cover shipping expenses, and we will exchange your ring to new size.

Refunds and returns

We are doing refunds only in case of damaged product, after you give us proof that the product came damaged, or during first 14 days from the date you picked up the order.
Contact us about product you unsatisfied with, and we will provide the information on following steps.
Before we will proceed with refund process, we will have to receive the original product back from you.
